This is a perfect example when a great passion turns into a way of life. Ikabella Baby is a modern online store with prodcts for children and babies. The store's offer includes cuddly toys, pillows, bags, toys and tepee tents. All products offered in the shop are handmade, with the highest quality materials, and in response to customer expectations, the range of the store’s offer is constantly growing, offering further categories of products.
The main goal of our work was to design and implement a modern online store, adapted to the target group. The core of the whole process was to create a simple, user-friendly and intuitive user interface. An important element of the store was also graphic design, which together with photos and product descriptions creates a coherent, visually attractive image.
As part of the cooperation, our agency has prepared a complete marketing strategy for the shop. We also supported them in promotional activities on the social network – mainly Facebook. In addition to the standard actions, we decided to strengthen the customer's relationship with the store as much as possible by organizing contests, expanding the dialogue, providing engaging content and creating graphically consistent posts that have permanently become part of the brand.
Thanks to cooperation, the Ikabella Baby online shop expanded its activity, increased conversion rates and strengthened the commitment of its customers to the promotion of the brand. The store was based on our original MoonShop system. It allows for quick expansion of the store with new categories, offers a clear interface and makes it easier for administrators to update the offer.
