Due to the fact that KOBI also offers products to customers internationally, the online store has two language versions: Polish and English.
A characteristic feature of lighting products is a large number of markings that represent the range of parameters. The attributes on the product card are illustrated with icons in a compact layout, making them more useful to customers. In addition, an additional system module allows for the inventory monitoring, so that users can check the availability status of individual products on an ongoing basis.
The need to diversify the offer for B2B and B2C customers meant that new modules were developed specifically for the online store. One of them is the ability to individually set the margin for each customer so that prices in the entire store are adjusted accordingly. However, to view the costs on the product cards, the user should register in the store.
