We collect and process your personal data for the purpose of obtaining marketing and commercial consents, executing the contract or taking actions before its conclusion, providing you with answers to your questions, presenting you with the offer you ask for, sending you the offer, sending you the newsletter based on the art.6 par.1(b) GDPR.

The data will be shared with other recipients authorized by law, including: notary offices, courts, public administration units, persons authorized by you; entities with whom the entrustment contract has been concluded, including: accounting, legal and IT services, software suppliers, e-mail server hosting providers.

The personal data will not be shared with third countries or international organizations.

The data will be processed for the period of time necessary to implement the abovementioned processing purposes. The processing period may be extended each time for a period of limitation of claims.

Pursuant to GDPR you have the right:

• To access your data and receive the copy of it
• To rectify (modify) your data
• To delete your personal data, in a situation when data processing does not take place in order to fulfill an obligation resulting from a legal provision or in the exercise of public authority
• To limit the processing of your data
• To lodge a complaint to President of the PDPO (to the address of Personal Data Protection Office, 2 Stawki st., 00-193 Warsaw)
• To withdraw your consent in terms of processing of your data: telephone number, address e-mail.

Personal data will be processed in an automated way, including in the form of profiling. Automated decision making is based on the frequency of viewing the information contained on the Moonbite S.A. website, the consequence of such processing will be sending you proposals for the performance of a specific action, e.g. transition to the landing page or sending a contact form.
